about

After In the Land of Archers' first show in July of 2001, the group fell into a period of limbo. During this time, Dr. Vanderbilt and Deborah experimented with various musical ideas hoping to find where they wished to take the group. Essentially a long lost album, Vision of the Metamorphis represents the material being created at the time.

Bonuses include the full recording of Sevastopol is Covered in Sewage's 'Three and Three-Fourths Hours from New York' as well as an original studio recording of 'Zeeland', one of the earliest In the Land of Archers' tracks, and one of the only ITLOA tracks to be put to tape in a multitrack setting.

'Manifesting Quietly inside the Sea of Dreams' originally appeared on the Unlimited Drift compilation, These Colors Don't Run.

'Three and Three-Fourths Hours from New York' originally appeared in truncated forms on the Tej és Keksz compilation, The Casual Atrocity.
